Return Policy
You may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. All returned items must have their original tags attached and be in their original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
- Visit clnqtaccessory.com and log in to your account.
- Navigate to your order history and select the item(s) you wish to return.
- Follow the prompts to generate a return label.
- Pack your return securely and attach the provided label.
- Drop off the package at your nearest shipping carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately for assistance. We’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
